About The Title

I came to the title of the Book series by combining two things – The Law of Attraction and living in the Age of Aquarius.

The Law of Attraction says people’s thoughts (both conscious and unconscious) dictate the reality of their lives, whether or not they’re aware of it. Essentially “if you really want something and believe it’s possible, you’ll probably get it” but that putting a lot of attention and thought onto something you don’t want means you’ll probably get that too. Many modern proponents say that the Law of Attraction has roots in Quantum Physics. According to proponents of this law, thoughts have an energy that attracts like energy. In order to control this energy, proponents state that people must practice three things:

• Know what you want and ask the universe for it.
• Feel and behave as if the object of your desire is on its way.
• Be open to receiving it.

Thinking of what one does not have, they say, manifests itself in not having, while if one abides by these principles, and avoids “negative” thoughts, the Universe will manifest a person’s desires.

Ages are believed by some astrologers to affect mankind while other astrologers believe the ages correlate to the rise and fall of mighty civilizations and cultural tendencies. For Aquarius, it is reported we have already been feeling influences in the accelerated individual, social, cultural, scientific and technological development and globalization through the 20th century. Aquarius traditionally ‘rules’ electricity, computers, flight, democracy, freedom, humanitarianism, idealists, modernization, rebels and rebellions, mental diseases, nervous disorders, and astrology. Other keywords and ideas believed associated with Aquarius are unconformity, philanthropy, veracity, perseverence, mankind and irresolution. The appearance or elevation in status of many of these Aquarian develop-ments over the last few centuries is considered by many astrologers to indicate the proximity of the Aquarian age.

We are at this time at the beginning of a new age of universal peace, a global awakening to love and unity through divine transformation. At this time our planet is experiencing a “cleansing”, where many of the planet’s “false structures of separation” are said to collapse. The subsequent events of the late 1980s and early 1990s, including the breakup of the Soviet Union, the reunification of West and East Germany, and the ending of apartheid in South Africa were taken as evidence of the Earth’s “cleansing”.
